Centering Exercise: Simple but Powerful
The Centering Exercise聽is one of the main go-to's of the Activating YOU 3.0 program 馃挜
One of its聽purposes is to center you and bring you back into the present moment where your full power is to be aware of the frequency you are currently in and to choose the frequency you would prefer. Its other main purpose is to connect with your 'I AM' part of your self and feel your power to choose your frequency and identity. You'll also come to the awareness that you are not your body, not your mind/thoughts and not even your consciousness. YOU are beyond those elements.
You can choose to use it to get to zero point for a few moments or for as long as you would like. You can also choose to activate a frequency or stay in the silence. You can switch it up every time you do it.
This can be done with the aid of the video or you can remember the steps and do it on your own.
Here are the steps: 馃懀
  1. Become aware of your body. How is it feeling; what is it in contact with; is there discomfort? If so, notice it, breathe into it and let it release. If it doesn't release, that's okay, just notice it, send love to it and move to the next step;
  2. Become aware of your thoughts, are they bouncing from topic to topic or is there a theme. Notice that for a moment.
  3. Notice who is watching your body and your thoughts. This is often referred to as the watcher, the witness or the observer.聽
  4. Distractions will come up, bring your awareness past that to focus on the watcher. Then, notice who is watching the watcher.
  5. For the first few times, you can ask who the watcher is - the answer that may appear is 'I AM'. Notice the expansion of energy.
  6. You can stay in this silence and continue to let the thoughts come up and return to watching the watcher.聽
  7. Or, you can now activate your frequency with I AM (and insert your chosen frequency) and enjoy receiving that frequency.
  8. In the video I said I AM THAT, I AM. 'THAT' is the ideal frequency you are activating. It is a statement of who you are choosing to be now.聽
  9. Bring that sensation/feeling of the frequency you connected with when you have completed centering yourself.
