Be authentic.

Moving from a world where I was the “gentle” teacher (Team #Noyasa) to a world where I teach Hot and Power and Sculpt was intimidating. It honestly made me want to change how I teach, and it was a struggle for weeks to find the balance between their methodology and my voice.

But I did it.

And it resonated.
