October Challenge: Could you integrate the 1% challenge this month?
As we step into a new quarter and a fresh month, this is your opportunity to reset and realign with your highest potential. Every new beginning offers us the chance to grow, and this October is no different. This month, let's focus on improving our states of consciousness through the teachings of Dr. David Hawkins. By working on our spiritual, physical, psychological, and biological processes, we can elevate ourselves, move away from suffering, and bring more love, joy, and growth into our lives.
This week, we will dive into key areas that will help us align with our "top 1%," embracing the mindset shifts and habits that support continuous improvement. Whether it’s through small, deliberate actions like staying in your stretch zone, or focusing on your strengths, each step you take this month will build a stronger foundation for both your personal and professional life.
Dr. Hawkins speaks of how spiritual growth and enlightenment can only come when we actively work on all aspects of our being—our body, mind, emotions, and spirit. As we prioritize self-care, time management, and conscious choices, you will start to experience how these changes ripple out, affecting not just you but those around you.
Let’s make this month a reflection of our deepest desires for growth. Through meditation, journaling, and mindful action, you’ll have the tools to approach challenges with a clear mind and an open heart, setting the tone for a truly transformative quarter. This is your invitation to take small steps that lead to significant results.
Now is the time to create new habits, focus on your strengths, and work in your stretch zone. Together, we can integrate these teachings into daily practice and raise our collective consciousness. Let’s support each other as we consciously make choices that improve our well-being and foster more peace, compassion, and fulfillment in our lives. 🌱✨ Enjoy the plan below to integrate this process.
Seven-Day Plan: October Week 1 🗓️
Day 1: Start Living Your Top 1%
  • Morning Exercise: Meditate on what "living your top 1%" means to you.
  • Journal Prompt: What areas of my life can I start improving today to reflect my highest potential?
  • List three ways to prioritize yourself this week. ✍️
  • Action: Block 15 minutes today to work on one of the areas identified. 🔨
Day 2: Time Management & Prioritizing Self ⏳
  • Morning Meditation: Focus on clarity and balance in managing time.
  • Journal Prompt: What are my top three priorities this week? How can I fit them into my day without stress?
  • Action: Apply the "Do it, Dump it, Delegate it" strategy. Work on what’s in your stretch zone, avoiding the stress zone.
Day 3: Growth vs Fixed Mindset
  • Meditation: Visualize yourself embracing challenges with curiosity.
  • Journal Prompt: Reflect on a recent challenge. Did I approach it with a growth or fixed mindset? What could I do differently next time? 💪
  • Action: Set aside 15 minutes to focus on an area where you feel limited and try to break through that mental barrier.
Day 4: Three Positives to Neutralize a Negative
  • Morning Exercise: When a negative thought arises, pause, and replace it with three positives. 💭✨
  • Journal Prompt: What negative thought did I have today? How did replacing it with positives change my perspective?
  • Action: Start a "negative thought jar" 🏺. Each time you catch a negative thought, put a coin in the jar. At the end of the week, celebrate your efforts to stay positive!
Day 5: Focus on Strengths 💪
  • Meditation: Reflect on your strengths. What do you excel at that makes you feel energized?
  • Journal Prompt: Based on my strengths, how can I apply them in work and life to feel more successful and fulfilled? (Reference Gallup Poll insights and Strengthsfinder 2.0) 📊
  • Action: Spend 15 minutes today working solely on something aligned with your strengths.
Day 6: Stretch Zone Focus 🌱
  • Morning Exercise: Visualize being in your stretch zone—feeling challenged but capable.
  • Journal Prompt: What are the small, continuous improvements (Kaizen) I can make to grow and stay in my stretch zone?
  • Action: Identify one task or goal to stretch yourself today and do it.
Day 7: Progress & Action
  • Meditation: Meditate on the progress you've made and how you’ve felt during the week.
  • Journal Prompt: Reflect on a list of important life lessons you’ve learned from past mistakes. How have these lessons shaped you into a better person?
  • Action: Tell a friend or accountability partner about your week’s progress and ask them to hold you accountable for continued growth. 🤝
Monthly Plan: October 🌕🌿
Weekly Focus Areas:
Week 1: Start living your top 1% (refer to seven-day plan)
Week 2: Comfort Zone vs Stretch Zone

Week 3: Strengths & Growth
  • Use Gallup’s StrengthsFinder or AuthenticHappiness.com to identify your core strengths.
  • Journal on how you can use these strengths 6x more in your work and life.
  • Engage in at least two conversations where you share your progress and invite feedback. 💬
Week 4: Conscious Choices & Action
  • Reflect on conscious decisions you’ve made and how neutrality can empower your choices.
  • Journal on how your choices affect your life. Make conscious, deliberate decisions each day.
