$2000/month for AI agents that does it all

With 2024 not being over yet, the last one to public spark the conversation about the AI agents replacing humans discussion came from OpenAI CFO Sarah Friar, when she said that:

What is your take on that?

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 - 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀.

For it all depends how well you prepare yourself for what is to come.

Think of your company and the various departments (Sales, Marketing, BackOffice, Finance, Legal,..)

There are cognitive tasks 🧠 inside each department that will be offloaded to agents eventually.

Here is the big IF for me and how to co-exist and actually thrive with AI agents 💪🏼+🦾 .:

𝗜𝗙 - you prepare today, to start to preparation for the agents, you will stay with the company

𝗜𝗙 - you understand what automation is and what it has to do with core business processes

𝗜𝗙 - you are able to translate business logic / processes and tasks to the actual work that is done

𝗜𝗙 - you are open to have an AI agent per department and train this agent actively

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆, 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 - 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴.

Within the context of a department, agents will build the foundation of the company from a business processes perspective - they will maintain the status quo.

Humans are their consciously creative counterpart, the social connection part, the part that lives and breathes values and the part that people really want to interact with, when it comes to companies.

That also means that we have to unlearn most of what we have learned in a corporate setup,

which (for the most part) is unnatural to begin with and it will be easiest to give up again.
