Yes, you can find a lot of course material around Offensive Security and Red Teaming but it's hard to find a structured Blue Team or Defensive Security course work. When I found MYDFIR I was in a rut. I had multiple certifications, done the labs in all the sites from TryHackMe to LetsDefend, and still couldn't complete a CTF.
