hi, here is an anatomic variant of an far distal hypertrophic tendon insertion of the semimembranosus (either direct or inferior arm). I have seen it a few times, also we had 2-3 times this variant in the Virtual MSK Fellowship.
since I am busy I try to crowdsource this, can you find my a reference for this variant? The first one who provide a reference with this variant, gets a free copy of my book :) - I seem to recall there was an article, but I dont find it now and I am busy reporting, so have no time :)
