If you've known me for a while, then you know I absolutely love Alex Hormozi.

I've read both his books, listen to his podcast all the time, and constantly live by his ideals and business principles.

That's why I just decided to clone him so I have 24/7 access and guidance from him.

I created Alex Hormozi GPT that is trained on his $100M Leads and $100M Offers books and gives me Direct business advice from these books.

I used it to do the following, and I suggest you do the same based on what stage you are in your business.

Market Research: I asked it to search the web to see what type of market trends exist, the various market segments in my niche, and the core pain points and desires of my target audience.

2. ICP: ICP, or ideal customer profile, is one of the most important things you need to Define as a business owner. Based on all the research I conducted with the GPT itself, I asked it to find me the best ICP definition so I'm targeting a very specific type of person in my marketing.

3. Offer creation: once I did all of this research and defining my ICP, I then asked it to come up with a solid offer for my product based on the teachings of his $100M Offers Book.

4. Funnel and Copywriting: finally once I got everything set up, I asked him to give me a detailed funnel structure and the copywriting and headlines for the entire funnel based on the offer that it already created.

And that's exactly how this community came to life, as my middle of the funnel nurturing mechanism.
