I have discovered that getting stronger and feeling better doesn't require hours in the gym. My solution? A stripped-down version of StrongLifts 5x5, the proven strength program that focuses on fundamental compound movements.
The Strategy:
15-minute focused workouts
Basic compound lifts (squats, deadlifts, bench press)
Progressive overload (at least one session a week) using the StrongLifts app
No wasted time, just pure effectiveness
To amplify results, I added:
Intermittent fasting: Simplified my eating window, reduced snacking, and helped with fat loss
Creatine: The most researched supplement that actually works (cheap too)
