I highly recommend the book/audiobook Mindset by Carol Dweck. It was the first book I read that really opened my eyes (mind) to how our mindset shapes our lives!! It’s HUGE!! It will change your life for the better, as long as you’re open and ready for maximum improvement!!👊😉
