Hey everyone! I'm one of coach Vic's buddies / former college teammates. Thought I'd share this book with the group that I've implemented with my son (he's 12) and some of the players I coach / do lessons with.
The breakdown of how to approach the mental side of sports in this book has proven to be extremely helpful. It puts a focus on how to maintain focus during slumps and how to train your brain to focus on the process and maintain that focus vs focusing on the results (an uncontrollable outcome).
It's a great read for anyone coaching or trying to establish their own mental game baseline.
