Finding local scarce resources?

I am in step 1 of "fix your Instagram" when it comes to the High Status Networking 101 course, and I am reading through the "Definitive Guide on How to Build a High Status Social Circle". In the guide, the suggestion for where to take photos is "Find scarce resources in your city that are authentic to you and take a picture with them. Google is your friend here."

Unfortunately the result I got trying to Google search for scarce resources in my city, New Orleans, was... not encouraging, to say the least. And I am sure this is not at all what is meant by scarce resources.

Elsewhere in the guide examples are "Mansions. Boats. VIP. Attractive Women." I get why these are scarce, but I also imagine that I am not the only one who does not CURRENTLY have access to any of these. And I am one of those who wishes to avoid filling my Instagram with pictures of women.

This all leaves me a little confused. Certainly there must be plenty I am missing as to what a local scarce resource would be for my city, and how to find more of those.

None of this is meant to be a negative criticism of MOA. Rather, I am jist really really new, and I am sure there is a lot I'm just not understanding. I am open to any comment from someone willing to help me bridge the knowledge and understanding gap.
