Just started listening to 50's audiobook today, and I really enjoyed when he first talks about never getting comfortable with your fears, and start planning on how to overcome them immediately. When he started talking about drug and alcohol use too, it really helped me understand why I never enjoyed getting shitface. I need a scene of control otherwise my anxiety goes wild on "how this can go wrong" scenarios.
Also, let me know how this book helped improve in your lives or related to you in anyway?
(If it's further ahead in the book, still tell me)
