  3. Semantic Search: Dynamic knowledge base integration retrieves the most accurate answers, using embeddings for precise matching.
  4. Reinforcement Learning: Feedback from edge cases helps the system improve continuously by learning from real-world interactions.
It’s a great example of blending supervised learning, semantic search, and feedback loops to streamline workflows.
