2. Balance Blood Sugar With the Right Breakfast ๐ณ
What you eat in the morning dictates your energy for hours. A sugary or carb-heavy breakfast spikes your blood sugar and leads to a crash. Instead:
- Aim for protein + healthy fats (e.g., eggs + avocado or a protein smoothie).
- Keep carbs minimal early in the day to avoid the crash.

- Every 90โ120 minutes, take a 5-minute break to do a quick movement like few squats (few push-ups), a quick walk, or do other bodyweight exercises. (I myself like to do squat-jumps and burpies it helps me stay alert a lot and you don't even have to do many of them to feels the difference)

- Extra hack is to leave your legs above your head a little bit, so get some pillow under your foots etc. when you doing a power nap it will improve your nap quality.
