Expensive hosting introduction

Hi. I'm from South Africa and while I don't have a problem paying $2-$5 dollars a month for this. I cannot be paying $35 immediately as that costs a money in my currency.

It almost makes this feel like a scam because I want to pay only $2-5 but it says I must pay now $35 and that's equals to R660 which doesn't feel right as I only earn R450 a month(beta testing).

Can anyone assist me in this because I can really see the potential in how this course will make my life easier?
