Do you rely on caffeine as your source of energy?
I know many people feel tired every day, and the only fix they have found is just drinking coffee.
It might have fixed the problem short-term, but after some time people start to see the need of having more and more caffeine to get the same old effect of feeling lots of energy.
Just out of curiosity, I want to ask if this was the case for you, and what was your experience with coffee and caffeine?
