Hi there, I’m Río.
I help people face their shadow + find peace
7+ years facilitating breathwork, shadow work, emotional healing + embodied spiritual guidance.
I’m here because my work has spanned many different areas of focus from sexuality to men’s work to guidance of other facilitators. I’m currently challenged by focusing my work and my message so the right people can find me.
For the last three years I was living in the jungle in Mexico where I was essentially rewilding myself and moving through intense transformation and I’m now returning to society with a solid foundation with which to serve.
