Here are the 3 key foundations of a Kickass-Offer that sells itself:
1- It's exciting for you AND your ideal client
Many coaches launch programs that they themselves would love to attend and this is well-intended but often falls flat on its face.
When working with people ask yourself this question as often as possible:
- Is this about ME? or is it about THEM?
- Do I want to serve or do I want to be seen?
Most creators and coaches -unconsciously- want to be approved of, validated and celebrated by their audience more than they want to create value that serves them.
(Hello shadow wounds finding expression through insidious pseudo-'spiritual' ways!)
On the other hand, creating an offer that is 100% value and client oriented will make you a lot of money.. but will also burn you out in the process.
If you sell something that you resent delivering..
If you turn your passion to serve into another form of slavery..
If you make money your god and blindly follow its call..
You will not be able to run a sustainable practice.
Either you or the business will eventually break.
So create every offer from a place of deep inclusion of those you want to help AND yourself.
Look at what you're selling right now and notice your gut feeling:
does it excite you?
or are you a bit jaded and it has become a bit monotonous (and stagnant in terms of income)?
2- It is Specific + Clear
I want you to think about this for a moment:
People in the industries that sell "hard products", like.. material, tangible things.. are actually in the business of selling abstract emotions, feelings and 'vibes'..
While people in the industry of self-development, healing, coaching and education ("soft products"/services) are actually in the business of selling super tangible, measurable results.
Let me explain:
Ferrari does not sell cars any more than Louis Vuitton sells bags..
They sell status.
They sell the feeling of luxury.
The concept of being 'part of the small, select elite' that can afford their products.
They sell the experience of driving a Ferrari..
The feeling of owning a 23K+ bag..
The most powerful brands do this.
Red bull doesn't sell energy drinks. (in fact, they don't do any 'isolated product' promos on their socials.)
They sell the lifestyle of adventure, adrenaline, nitro-circus, dare-devil, intense and passionate sports living.
The sell the feeling of living at the edge!
Of course their products' quality and use matters.. however the riches are in the brand being connected to soft / abstract concepts.
On the other hand, those of you who think you're in the business of "soft products/services" know that you are not.
And your riches will be made through your brand's ability to be connected to hard / tangible results.
If you get this, you'll make so much money your family will wonder if what you do is legal. (mine did at some point.. )
You are not selling "somatic healing, Ayurvedic holistic health sessions, breathwork, trauma healing, deep-dive coaching, masculine-empowerment, feminine-manifestation flow, spiritual-guidance, couple's therapy" or any other thing you might assume you're selling..
You are (should be) selling a tangible, 'hard' result.
For example, people don't invest thousands of dollars in relationship coaching or therapy..
They invest them in having a week-long honey-moon like romance where they get to feel more passion than they did when they were teenagers while feeling deeply understood and understanding their partners deeply as the bickering and endless arguing of the past has now come to an end.
They buy into becoming the couple that their kids look up to and that their friends reach out to for advice. Beacons of light, inspiration and the living-proof in their communities that passion and love can harmoniously coexist and that as time goes by, it only gets better.
They invest in keeping their marriage and avoiding an 8-figure divorce settlement while being able to raise their children in a drama-free environment.
They invest in moving from inexistent, frustrating and awkward sex lives towards enjoying the ecstasy of having multi-hour, multi-orgasmic encounters of passion and play happening several times a week, even if they live a busy life and have young children.
Do you see what I mean?
Your secret sauce, your many tools and 'super powers' and all the things you know how to do make part of your client's journey but that's not what they are buying.
When I used to advice Colombian shamans I tried to tell them that people don't buy "drinking ayahuasca in the jungle with an elder" but they would happily invest into being able to have their first good night's sleep in years, free from anxiety and depression, wake up every day excited to live (never again edging the dark corners of suicidal ideation) and moving through the days pain-free.. (having resolved the roots of decade-long chronic pain).
Of course some people would still go to the jungle out of curiosity and some clients will still buy from you even if you're selling 'massage therapy via zoom', however if you rely on people who are already curious and already like you and trust you to make an abundant living..
You will be waiting for a looooong time.
In essence, the more 'abstract' it is what you do.. the more your offer should be able to paint a CLEAR and SPECIFIC (tangible) picture of what people will get.
That's the difference between a few people you know paying you a couple of hundred bucks for a session..
To strangers happily sending you $10k to work with you.
One pays for an experience,
the other for a result.
Wealth is found at the other side of solving problems and creating results for people.
So ensure your offer clearly states the problem it solves and the specific promise on the other side of it.
If your grandma or little cousins don't understand what you do..
If you have to explain yourself too much for people to get what your program is about..
Go back to the drawing board and explore what do people really get out of working with you. (beyond 'good vibes' and 'feeling better'.)
Ensure you communicate THAT clearly and notice how it becomes much easier to sell something 'tangible' than mere smoke and mirrors.
3- It's Scalable
If every additional client that signs up to work with you requires you to start a whole new process from scratch, you'll sabotage yourself out of signing more clients.
Many coaches who focus on 1-1 client work experience this.
At one point, the incremental cost of receiving one more client is way higher than whatever amount that client would pay.
Because you may feel that you won't have time for your family, friends, hobbies or yourself..
If every client requires a whole unique container created for them, you'll end up feeling like you're juggling too many balls.. constantly anxious you might drop one.
So to consider bringing more balls into the air would seem crazy..
Which would consciously or unconsciously lead you to not post content, not reply to your messages quickly and not take actions that could result in having more clients than you can deal with.
(AKA: Sabotaging your business growth and plateauing out of fear that if you grew past where you're at, you'd have to sacrifice too much in the process.)
The truth is that how you design your offer is the difference between making $5 - $10k/month constantly on the edge of burnout..
to moving into simple, fun-to-deliver and highly valuable scalable offers where $20k - $50k+ leave you plenty of time (and profit) to invest your time in what truly matters (family, spirituality, hobbies, nature..)
That's it for today!
If you've got an offer you're unsure about and would like some tailored guidance on how to improve it..
or if you're ready to move from a lot of 1-1 work and into creating a scalable, profitable and fun-to-run group coaching offer (and you'd love to do it right from the get go..)
The SpiritLed Business Academy officially launched and we will be opening our doors again very soon.

Another sold $8k worth of coaching on day 7.
Another started cleaning out his client roster from low-quality clients and opening up space to welcome high-value, well-paying and aligned ones.
A few others are already working on launching their first group offer.
