Day 3 Homework. Liberation of the soul
The misconception of the soul and body interaction.
That leads to a neverending suffering
I often hear people saying : «I listen to my soul», or «I am connected to my soul»
But..
Who is the «I».
If I am connected to my soul, that means, there are two things.
The soul AND the «I»
Therefore your are not in your full spiritual power. You rare still in chains, the chains, which are supposed to connect, become the chains of a slave.
This is why life feels exausting. This is why you experience unsatisfaction.
In this state, the state of a slave, guess what are the emotions, which drives the slave?
It is fear, guilt, shame and greed.
Because this ar unpleasant feelings most of us become numb. It is safer to feel little to nothing, than beeing anxious, full of shame or guilt, or become greedy due all the scarcity in the world.
We lack so many things. And try to catch it in the world ahead of us.
We try to impress, try to get acknowledged by our boss, the woman, the man in the club and of course by our father and mother.
All of this comes from the misconception, from the seperation deeply rooted within ourself «I am a human with a soul»
Therefore this implys, that the human (body) is in charge and the soul is only atteched. But it is the soul with the creativ power. It is the soul with the life force, it is the soul that is abundance.
If you realy want to be liberated from the human suffering, like the old wise man from the past have thought us, you have to jump.
Jump from the small belives and opportunities, from the reacting to life into creating your life at the level of the soul.
Change your mindset and change your understanding today to become fully liberated from whatever haunts you.
I am a powerfull soul, who is having this human (-body) for a little while.
This small change of understanding, will, over time, change the beeing of you completly
It stops you from playing small, comprehend yourself for what your truly are. You are an endless stream of liveforce, puring into the physical realm, capable of the most outstanding things, once your are a awakend and liberated soul.
Whatever this may be for you.
· Maybe it is to be in a preposseing relationship, full of joy, love and sex, because you freed yourself from guilt and shame.
· Maybe it is to be full of self esteem and pursuing your goals in the business world, because you are fully aware, conscious and aligned with your power
· Maybe it is just to feel strong and secure, beeing quick-witted, becuase you are free of fear
· Maybe it is that feeling and radion of calmness, tranquility, serenity and the certainty, that nothing rocks you now, like it has done in the past .
There will be an «I» but an «I» before awaken your soul and the soul-beeing you truly are, after awaken your soul.
Reborn with a higher consciousness you conquer the world in peace and freedom.
Grounded within yourself, it is easy to say no, no to the exploitation of your boss, no to the bulling of collegues, no to the shameless claims of others.
Yes to your own needs, desires.
Yes to your valuable time, not to waste on everybody.
Strong boundaries make you fell safe and connected at the same time.
Rooting deeply within. I am the soul, having a human beeing.
