Today you will need:
- Clean space
- Stable internet
- Comfortable clothes
- Sleep mask or any material to cover your eyes
- Headphones (charged)
- Socks
It is ideal to lay down on the floor or on a yoga mat. (Not on the bed).
A pillow can only be used under the knees for added comfort to your spine, you may also use a towel or a scarf to put under your head to not feel the hardness of the floor. (but no pillow under your head )
(Optional) Suggested:
- candles
- scented oils/ lamps
- fresh flowers nearby
- sage the space (or cleanse with palo santo/ salvia)
- Nearby blanket
Please do not eat for 2+ hours before the practice.
If it’s possible, before our session warm up your body (yoga, stretching, dancing, jumping) for 10-15 min.
*Make sure your phone/ computer are fully charged.
If you have animals, it is advisable to leave them in another room so that you are not distracted.
If you are not alone at home, please ask your loved ones/ roommates not to disturb you for ~ 2 hours.
