LI question

So, I have an old LI account that I was using for my (failed) social media marketing business...and I am converting it to be used for my soon-to-be-successful agency business 😊🤞 I want to use the LI upsell I purchased to get clients...that said, I am having issues with my profile that I cannot edit/fix and I am wondering if I need to wait to start using my LI tool?

I am trying to edit my contact info--it shows an email that is still active, but I want people to only contact me on linked in, andthe email is from my social media business....

Also, I have an "open" button vs a "connect" button on my profile--LI support is sending me info but thus far no success...
