I was meditating this morning using the TRIPP app via Meta Oculus VR and the meditation I chose was centered on switching our mindset wanting to having.
We all have moments when we want something—a new opportunity, a fresh start, or a dream realized. Wanting is natural; it inspires us to set goals and reach for more. But sometimes, wanting can feel like a gap between where we are and where we wish to be.
What if we flipped the script? Instead of focusing on what we don’t have, we can step into the mindset of having—of already being aligned with the abundance, success, and joy we seek.
✨ I am abundant. I recognize the blessings already present in my life, and I trust that more is on its way.
✨ I am success. Success isn’t just a future destination; it’s the energy I carry with me in every step I take.
✨ I am joy. Joy is not something I wait for—it’s something I create in this moment.
When we embody these affirmations, we shift our focus from lack to fulfillment. Suddenly, what we thought we needed to want transforms into gratitude for what we already have. The truth is, the feeling of “having” begins within us. It’s about recognizing our inner abundance and knowing that life is always working in our favor. When we live as though we already have what we desire, we become magnetic to even greater opportunities and blessings.
So today, pause for a moment and reflect: What if everything you’ve been wanting is already here, waiting for you to claim it? Believe in the abundance around you, the success within you, and the joy you bring to the world. You have everything you need to thrive. 💖
