SOPs / Notes for Foundation Rank?

Has anyone created a checklist / SOP for the FoundationRank course?

I've been waiting for the notes that are referenced in the videos, but I haven't seen any movement on that front.

I'm looking for a comprehensive SOP/checklist that i can follow to make sure I'm doing all this correctly...can someone point me in the right direction?
