In honor of 9/11 - we have the below circuit. Perform 9 rounds of the below:
9 flights of stairs (or 110 steps per round if no stairs) – to symbolize the 110 floors of the World Trade Center.
11 burpees – to represent the full-body effort and stamina needed.
11 push-ups – to honor the strength and perseverance of the first responders.
11 air squats – symbolizing the weight they carried.
11 sit-ups – for core strength and endurance.
11 kettlebell swings (or dumbbell swings) – representing the burden carried by all responders.
