Each day is full of opportunities to make a better choice. This evening I could sit around and watch my kid practice football or I could put my buds in with my favorite playlist and knock out a run and let the coach take care of practice…posting pic for a benchmark…goal is to crush this route sub 30 before 2024 ends.
