Emotions around your business are meant to be validated, not judged...❤️

If you didn't have strong emotions coming up (consciously and unconsciously) around your niche, your message, and articulating who you serve in your content, you'd already have all of that clarity and be out there writing content around it. Literally the only thing that stops you is all the sh*t that doing this work brings up, AND that's totally normal!

We can lightheartedly call this niche drama, and yet...this is significant pain for most coaches I work with. They have deep, strong emotions around it all and have been working on all of this for months or years without getting the clarity they want so very much.

And, most business programs don't allow, admit, or include any emotional work. I just read a post from a coach who was sharing that she once started crying in a business coaching call and they were "concerned about her emotional reaction" because she needed to be able to step up and get the work done with them.

OMG ARGH OMG.

Emotions are not in the way of this work. They ARE THE WAY OF THIS WORK.

Emotions must be allowed, felt, held with compassion and love, and accessed in order for us to KNOW ourselves and to have the clarity around who we serve. What our genius is. What our magic is.

Often healing has to happen before we can really see any of this.

Emotions return us back to our inner intuitive wisdom. If we feel them.

And, most of us have been taught to avoid the crap out of them because they make us vulnerable and then unsafe in a world where emotions are not welcome. (We often avoid them by stuffing them back down or simply thinking ABOUT them - trying to figure out why we feel this way - instead of feeling them as sensation in the body.)

Emotions are never going to just magically stop happening.

That's why I've designed all my support for coaches to center around feeling emotions, being held, seen, and validated, and ALSO doing the clarifying work of discovering who you serve and how to articulate it.

It's literally the only way to get the clarity you crave and be able to then create content around it.
