I was speaking in another community and I was asked about this so this is a great topic to speak about and work on the automation.
Most new businesses start with free services and then move on to paid services. I use both, depending on the goal at hand. I will be testing this on a free Gmail account I use for various tasks. I get hit with spam and other types, so this will demonstrate ways to organize and keep your emails separated.
