ListKit.io is hiring an Onboarding Specialist
This is our first full-time hire at our fast growing SaaS company!
Your responsibilities will include:
> Scheduling a live Onboarding call via Zoom with every new user
> Creating guides and support articles
> Checking in with new users via personalized emails and Intercom messages
> Helping new users hit their Activation Points (clearly define their ICP, build their first leads list, connect their Smartlead API, etc)
> Helping convert prospects by sending them a free sample list of 50 leads that match their ICP
> Daily broadcast emails to users
You must have experience with building leads lists, cold email lead gen, email marketing, copywriting, and customer success
You must also be available to work full-time US hours
