As we prepare for a big week ahead, please let me know any bugs or issues you've been running into since signing up for the launch offer so our dev team can solve them for you ASAP.
Here are the top reported bugs I've seen so far:
1. Users not able to export list even when it says "Completed" (didn't receive CSV via email either)
2. Users requesting a certain amount of credits, the completed list is less than the redeemed amount (due to the real time verification process), but the full amount of credits they redeemed get deducted from their account anyways
3. Users can't see subscription status in their account settings so they can't buy more credits or downgrade/cancel their subscription
