South Florida Realtor- Jenn Schwarz with Realty View

Hi All! Im the newbie here. While I've read a few intro's, I found a similar theme that we have all been burned in marketing schemes by other companies. I have been following Mikael and have been intrigued in learning more. Thank you Mikael for the invite.

A little about me, I have a BA in Political Science from FIU. I wanted to become a lawyer. However, I had a family member get sick and that gave me a push into the healthcare field, working in the optical field for 28 years. My family (mom and sister) both started in real estate over 25+ years ago. They both let me know how great it feels to find the perfect home for someone or connect with their clients. After years of them telling me how great real estate was, I decided I was ready to get into real estate. I started part-time as I still work in healthcare. However, starting July 1, I will move into Real Estate full-time. I see how certain marketing works while others do not. For several years I have invested in several platforms like Zillow, Realtor.com, etc but find you only get leads when it's time for them to bill you again.

My goal is to find the right marketing pipeline to generate sellers. My joy comes from finding out the story of the home and then show casing the story to potential buyers. I feel that the story gives the buyers a real connection to the home. I look forward on growing and learning as much as I can.
