We’re on the hunt for a Sales Director to scale our sales team as quickly as possible. The potential earnings for this role are substantial, ranging from $30,000 to $40,000 per month.

The position will require you to recruit, hire/fire, onboard, train and manage our setters & closers so we can reach our goal of 7-figure a month.
Our current numbers:
- $ Per Call (5 months avg.): $615.6
- Amount of new cash (5 months avg.): $31,800
- Closing Rate (5 months avg.): 20.2% on qualified calls
- Cash Vs. Rev % (5 months avg.): 57.8%
Targets:
- $ Per Call: $2,000
- Amount of new cash: $300,000
- Closing Rate: 25% on qualified calls (Close at 25% KPI in your first 30 days yourself as a closer)
- Cash Vs. Rev % (5 months avg.): 33%+

Other responsibilities:

- Create internal sales trainings and sales systems
- Roleplay on a daily basis with the sales team
- Host daily sales meeting on Zoom from M-F
- Get on 1-on-1 calls with setters & closers to help them progress and answer their questions/concerns

Schedule
​​
Full time 6 days a week (EST time zone). This ain't for the faint of heart.

Compensation
​
2.5% commissions on cash collected from our sales team + $1k CAD bonus for each $100k cleared each month
OTE: $30-40k/mo

Typical day:
​​
9:00 am - Do call reviews, give team feedback, review their EOD
11:00am - Track projections of sales team
11:30 am - Roleplay with the sales team
12:00 pm - Lead daily sales team meeting
1:00 pm - Communicating KPI’s & Availability
3:00 pm - Training and coaching
5:00 pm - EOD report and checking all sales team filled it out
