How Wesley's new system gets daily leads
I remember two distinct phases for our business over the last 6 years or so:
Phase 1: Me reaching out to prospects to get clients (and doing all the admin work lol). Didn’t take long for me to hit a major growth bottleneck here.
Phase 2: Me stepping out of prospecting entirely and just closing deals.
That’s the phase where we catapulted from around 40k/m to our first 110k/m this year… in a matter of months—not years.
And to me at that moment…
It became clear as day that building an INBOUND lead generation system correctly is absolutely critical to scaling any business.
There’s just no way we could’ve experienced explosive growth like that with me reaching out to people.
Which is why my #1 advice to anyone looking to scale their real estate business is:
Don’t wait too long like I did before automating lead generation and building your very own inbound lead gen system that you control.
And that’s exactly what our client, Wesley, is doing now.
