Who is the coach?
Hi, I’m Kyle. I’ve spent 18 years in the parking lot painting and property maintenance industry, with the last decade building and running my own business from the ground up. Starting at 24, I took on everything from bookkeeping and taxes to safety programs, scheduling, equipment management, and team leadership. I learned what it takes to turn a small operation into a thriving business, securing large contracts and consistently delivering results.
My work with medical and government contracts has been a cornerstone of my success. I’ve developed a unique approach to proposal building that’s helped me secure multi-year, multi-million-dollar projects. This includes creating strategies to support asphalt companies and property maintenance providers in winning major contracts. I’m especially proud of securing contracts for over 100 hospitals and facilities in weather-restricted areas, where I've streamlined operations to work around the short painting season.
Over the years, I’ve diversified my business with smart investments in services like pressure washing, snow removal, epoxy, seal coating, and asphalt repair. Sometimes I take these on myself, but I also consult and sub-contract, allowing me to expand while keeping overhead low. Through this approach, I’ve positioned myself as a go-to contractor in the commercial property sector, managing to build wealth while doing work I’m passionate about.
Now, with more time to reflect on my journey, I’m excited to share everything I’ve learned to help others reach their own goals faster and with less trial and error. I’m happy to be at a place where I can create this course and community, helping others navigate this industry and build their own success. It’s my passion to see others thrive, and I’m thrilled to be able to support you on this journey!
