- Self Concept & not thinking 🤔 is the way . Yesterday at sauna I spoke to a guy for 1 hour who was amazed by me - he actually sat close beside me. We were talking about fitness and he said “if I was related to you I would buy you as a Christmas present a health gift at over £350”!! He was in awe of me 😱😉🙏👸🏼
