How to Keep Campaigns Going after Receiving a Message

In Leadeth, how do i keep campaigns going with automated messages or emails after a connection request has been accepted, even if there has been a reply. My 2 current campaigns to second degree connections have been designed to continue running after connection - if they are stopping currently, the automated campaigns won't achieve their objectives.

If the campaign was to first degree connections, it also makes sense, probably, to keep the campaigns going after a comment.

The challenge is that so many comments are short and mean little eg 'Thanks for connecting Christopher'. The rare ones are those which genuinely need a response from me.

Any good advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
