The mission of this community is to help you solve the new and particularly tricky problems you face leading yourself and others in navigating our changing world. We do this by providing practical and effective insights, tools, tips and learning experiences in a multi faceted format that gives you the flexibility and freedom to do what works best for you. We offer three primary approaches, that when combined, are proven to optimize effective utilization what is learned. These approaches are : 1. TRADITIONAL - Videos, guides, links to resources found in courses under the classroom tab. 2. SOCIAL - Peer groups in which facilitators share expertise, coax participant insights, self directed practical application and group discussion to uncover what works, what doesn't and how to impove. 3. EXPERIENTIAL - Hands-on application of new methods and skills done individually, with a coach/mentor or as part of a peer group. While there is no one-size-fits-all solutions, this community emphasizes methods 2 & 3.
