I have received two letter accepting the initial price. When doing the due diligence, I found that both lots are in flood zone A .. I could bring the price down even more
One of the lots was owned by a guy who died, his daughter has not worked on the inheritance just yet.
Reached out to see what would the next step would be, and received this feedback I want to share with you:
- Find if there is any will left behind
- Ask for any other possible beneficiaries such as wife, other children, etc
