Hey Aaron, in the videos you talk about not letting the land owner that you are negotiating with drive the conversation. But how do you redirect or answer some of the questions that I’m sure you get. Like:
Why do you want to buy the property?
What are you going to do with it?
How do you make your money on it?
Or maybe you could share with us some of the frequently asked question / objections you get and how to handle them.
I’m sure it’s not a good strategy to say you’re going to turn around and sell it… so what do you say?
