As a growth marketer and engineer, I believe in data and processes. A job search needs both. First, you need to understand the job search process, and you need to collect and assess the data to improve your performance. I call this the Job Search Funnel. Let me explain: First, you can't get an interview, without first getting in front of the recruiter or hiring manager, and you can't get in front of the hiring manager without a resume (Remember Darryl from "The Office" - "I thought you guys just knew me!?!" Hahaha).
The steps in order from the beginning are: Create Resume, Submit Application, ATS (Application Tracking System) Processes Applications, Screening Call, Interview(s), Offer, Negotiation, & Acceptance.
What questions do you have about the "Job Search Funnel" and hiring process?
