Addition to the Omega 6 Calculator: Avocado!
As it seems that avocado is quite popular in the keto scene, I added the fruit / veggie into my Omega 6 calculator here: https://rocksoliddiet.com/ https://rocksoliddiet.com/omega-6-calculator-english-grams/ Percentagewise, it is not that bad: 12,5% for the oil and 10,8% for the flesh, though those values should be the same. Maybe something happens during the processing. Different variations may have varying fatty acid compositions, so if you eat some from other countries, maybe look up studies about thoise specifically. Oil data: https://fdc.nal.usda.gov/fdc-app.html#/food-details/173573/nutrients Fruit Data: https://fdc.nal.usda.gov/fdc-app.html#/food-details/171706/nutrients These are the macros, as shown by cronometer: 77% fat, 19% carbs, 4% protein. I do not recommend eating avocados for the reason that it has lots of carbs. According to tue usda data, it's 8,6 grams of carbs per 100 grams. You can eat a different plant food that has 1/3 of that carb count, thus being able to eat 3 times as much. On the other hand, if you are struggling with weight and want a rather calorie dense veggie, yes maybe you can have an avocado. I also don't recommend it because it has Omega 6s, as all plant fats do. It is still very very low compared to everything else, 10,8-12,5% - but 200 grams will still give you an additional 3,3 grams of Omega 6. Especially for women with cancer (I would set the limit to 6-7 grams a day) this is a huge chunk already... and sometimes people like to eat avocado with eggs! In this very case, moderation is the key: 100 grams max a day, split up into 2 meals, okay. And if you wanna add eggs add some fishoil too! .-)

Rapidly reduce omega 6
Love to hear your ideas on how to rapidly reduce our omega 6 and get omega 3:6 ratio back to 1:1 as fast as possible?? I keep carnivore chickens to avoid omega 6 in my eggs. I feed them dried mealworms and my meat scraps. Any other hacks? Also is there any way of getting our omega ratio tested??

100% pure olive oil?
I often wonder if the olive oil is perhaps diluted/mixed with other oils.... https://sameday.costco.com/store/costco/products/269457-wild-planet-wild-sardines-in-extra-virgin-olive-oil-4-4-oz

Which of these columns is the important one?
What should be my daily limit of grams of Omega 6? which of these columns is the one I should be looking at when calculating daily intake of Omega 6? Thanks! I think I have some brain injury as a result of the surgeon cutting my internal jugular vein during the neck/throat/thyroid surgery, and it takes me a longer time than most to learn a new concept. I greatly appreciate all of your help and your patience with me as I learn bit by bit.

Quick note on your mitochondrial health...
... for the guys who are successfully fighting cancer for more than 6 months or are in remission: 1) You have to understand: Your broken mitochondria are the reason you have cancer. That took a long time to develop, years and decades. You have to get new and healthy ones to stay cancer free and prevent recurrance 2) You can get new, healthy mitochondria by doing high intensity cardio. I recommend reading Peter Attias "Outlive": Doing intervals, 3 minutes with a 3 minute cooldown period, say 5 times. You can start with 3. Short and sweet. Heart rate: 70% max heart rate, that would be like 160 for most people, then coming back down to 120-130. That will produce new mitochondria (ATTENTION! ONLY FOR GUYS THAT ARE CURRENTLY NOT RUNNING A PRESS PULSE PROTOCOL TO FIGHT CANCER ACUTELY. ANAEROBiC EXERCISE WILL RISE GLUCOSE, LACTIC ACID RECYCLING) 3) You can also get new, healthy mitochondria by long term fasting. This is a subset of autophagy, called mitophagy, meaning the body dissolves everything that is not needed or broken, replacing it. It is a mechanism of protein deficiancy, its funny that no guru talks about that. So 3 days of fasting, all carbs and proteins (at least) to zero, and at day 4 mitohpagy will occur, educated guess. I saw this in a paper, looked 3 days for this to be confirmed, and yes it is the case. Your body will dissolve the broken organelles and use the amino acids to build new stuff. 4) IMPORTANT: a) While you are fasting, DON'T eat omega 6s! Those compete with the Omega 3s to be incorporated into the cell membrane, leading to cardiolipin damage, leading to cancer in the long term imho. and b) also don't eat Omega 6s when refeeding from your fast. Same reason as in a). You want your new mitochondria to be as healthy as possible. It is also probably the case, that some cells in your body ARE currently in the state of switching to fermentation: Omega 6s will push those cells to being cancer cells in the long run, meaning months. (The half live of Omega 6s is more than 300 days !!)
