However here are some notes/takeaways:

Start with your experience - this will inform the direction of your book. Listen for insights and ideas. Once you have one live with it. Discuss with with folks around you. This idea typically leads to 3-5 sub ideas.
Jot the title down
Can I see the cover? Jump into Canva and play around with Cover Design.
Recommended tool - MS Office for dictating. Use a good microphone.
Look at this as an asset that you're building for the next generation.
Put your value out there in order to fill someone's void.
The goal is to get you moving
Write in a way that the reader can hear your voice, rhythm, passion
The book is not for you, it's for those that need to extract the value
