I somehow manage to pin just myself to to the video (whoops😅).
Here's a handful of the notes I shared today about creating Partnerships...
  1. Partnerships allow you to extend well beyond your network
  2. Be a good partner first - always find opps for people in your network first
  3. Out of sight out of mind - stay on top of your partners, don't drift off
  4. Take care of the referred - at all costs protect the reputation of the person that referred you business
  5. Always look for the Win-Win. Think of their "win" first
  6. Build partnerships with everyone in your supply chain
  7. It only takes a small handful of great partnerships to click
  8. Don't ever rely solely upon your partnerships for new business
  9. The law of reciprocity - when someone does something nice for you, you feel you need to do something nice in exchange, foundational to building strategic partnerships
  10. It’s ok to pay to play
  11. Check out - Dunbar’s top 150 ( we can only manage about 150 relationships)
  12. Everything is a test - always test your partners, ie response time, professionalism, work quality, pricing, etc
