Doing the same thing expecting different results = INSANITY
Trading is a ruthless game and only the top 1% win. Do you think you are in the top 10%? What separates winners from the rest? 3 years ago, I had a goal to move out of my small room into a nicer apartment through trading. 6 months later, I had not made any progress.
Everything changed when I did this.
I accepted that RISK is part of the game so I needed an extra stream of income.
I showed up like I was going to a 9-5 job, which built up consistency.
I let my system prove itself even when I was in a drawdown period.
I developed some hobbies to have a life outside of the charts.
You FIRST need to have a strategy that you believe to have that detachment from the outcomes of your trades. Then psychology follows. Finally Consistency. I talk to lots of traders everyday who struggle with their strategy especially entries.
