As most of you know and understand, all of us fall down to the foundation of our habits.
In other words, if we build and establish strong habits that are PRODUCTIVE, it will be second nature for us to perform at the highest level.
Like when you're working out, as you level up your strength, the lighter weights have no more room in your routine.
This is the same as in your life. When you consistently push for high performance habits, those habits become your norm.
Therefore, we want to be establishing new norms TOGETHER.
Here's the 5 daily habits I recommend you all to start doing IMMEDIATELY.
1️⃣ Read 10 pages of non-fiction per day
- This will help level up your mind and continually sharpen your thought process.
- We can't expect to be outputing greatness if we are feeding junk into our minds.
2️⃣ Workout / Perform 45 mins Daily
- This is a discipline that all high performers should have.
- By making it a point to work out and train our body, we are programming our minds to get use to discipline.
- To most of you, working out everyday seems a big stretch, let alone for 45 minutes. You see, this is where we truly discover if you are really after greatness.
- Life happens on the edge of your comfort zone so let's just get in there and DO THE THING!
3️⃣ Share / show your work on Instagram 3x a day.
- Consumers and businesses these day want to buy from brands or businesses they can associate / relate to.
- Are you providing them someone to connect to?
- Who else is best to represent your brand than you?
- Sharing your thoughts openly via stories is beautiful because it only lasts 24 hours anyways.
- It is also a way for all of you to practice public speaking to prep for speaking engagements!
4️⃣ Reach out to 5 people or 5 leads in your business
- Most of us aren't doing enough to simply want the results we want.
- Making a commitment to hit up 5 contacts in our circle is another discipline we want to program into our day so it becomes our natural instinct to do it without second though
- Remember, YOU are in control of the life you want!
5️⃣ Review your goals 3 times a day
- It is not enough to have a new years resolution. Most don't work anyways as they usually fade away after a few weeks.
- Putting your goals in the forefront of your mind will allow you to be laser focus throughout the day.
- It will also you to stay accountable and reminders to keep you on track!
