Desk and office setup

I doubt I'm alone in this, but since I've started trading, and obviously spending more time at a desk, I've been leaning forward a lot more to get a closer look at my charts. (As if that's going to help me become a better trader 😁). I noticed my back has gotten tighter and my neck too. Anyway, I finally found something that's helping while I sit. Thought I'd pass it along. Here's a pic of it on my chair. www.baxbyposture.com.

Next step is a better chair. This one is a hand me down that has lost it's cushion. If anyone has a recommendation for a decent office chair, let me know!
