This is an exclusive opportunity to invest in my startup (Investing Accelerator) and I am opening up to Skool community before opening it up further
Currently, I am looking to raise capital for Investing Accelerator as a company.
- The target is 12% per year (1% per month) preferred shares A with the option to get up to 24% per year (2% per month) after the company grows.
This return will be similar to the hedge fund. There's also the possibility of going IPO.
There are 100-200 spots in the Angel fundraising round.
So if you are a US / international investor, then investing in Investing Accelerator would be a better choice than my Canadian hedge fund (due to various tax reasons). I am still working on setting up the Canadian hedge fund but it will take another 2 years.
I’ve prepared the webinar to explain how this investment works and you can use a self-directed IRA to invest as a private placement (Reg D in USA).
If you are in the US, I recommend using a self-directed IRA to invest as it is the most tax-efficient method for you.
If you are Canadian, you can invest in the hedge fund using cash account.
It is open to Accredited Investors.
The minimum investment is $100K USD.
Cheers,
Eric
