Yes, this is me 20 years ago after cooking Thanksgiving for my family...
As the year begins to wind down and we gather with loved ones to celebrate Thanksgiving, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for you. Whether you’ve been a part of this journey for years or recently joined the HospiVation community, your presence has made all the difference.
Over 20 years ago, when I started HospiVation, my vision was clear: to raise the Motivation in Hospitality. What I didn’t expect was how profoundly the people I worked beside—hospitality professionals like you—would inspire me. You didn’t just help shape my career; you helped shape me into a better person. Your passion, resilience, and commitment to serving others have continuously reminded me of the power of community, hard work, and heart.
This year, I’ve been especially grateful for the opportunity to share ideas, celebrate your wins, and help you overcome challenges. Whether we connected through coaching sessions, my eBook, courses, or simply a conversation, every interaction has reinforced why I love what I do.
