Meditation Journal
  • I went straight from bed to my designated meditation spot, facing east.
  • I started to inhale deep breaths with my nostrils, eyes closed.
  • After some time I started to breath rhythmically.
  • Letting the thoughts wander away - focusing completely on the breath
  • I thought of the rhythm as ocean waves - back and forth with a small space in between.
  • After some time the rhythm started to flow more naturally
  • I thought of the concept of Prana while inhaling.
  • I experienced a glitch where I visualised a much higher amount of prana in the air for a short moment of time feeling deeply relaxed.
  • I ended the meditation by expressing gratitude towards the east.
