New business start up - Roof and Gutters
Hey y’all, new here. Just ran across Brett a few days ago. Brett, I appreciate you creating this group. The value you provide is awesome man! Thanks for having me.
I recently went into real estate full time back in April in a smaller town of just under 30,000 in the central Texas area. Sales have slowed this year, so this prompted the idea to start a home service based business to continue generating monthly revenue while still being aligned with real estate. Looked into power washing, landscaping then ran across gutter and roof leaning. I wanted something with a lower barrier of entry at a higher price point than a lawn service. What better way to offer roof and gutter cleaning, window cleaning and eventually add power washing. Not much competition here, if any.
