Super Human Soup (with real chunks of human)
The health expert gets sick and eats humans to recover!
Spoiler… the name sounds funny, but the soup will save your soul (if you are sick, like I am right now).

I get sick 1-2x’s per year. When I am sick, my misery helps me remember how important our purpose is at GUTLESS. Lose your health, and you lose everything.
I am not posting much right now, or working much because I feel like I got hit by a truck. Good health and good income are directly correlated for all of us, but especially as a small business owner. Lose your health, and you lose everything.
If you are proactively protecting and optimizing your health, you get sick way less often, and you recover faster. That said, you are bound to catch a bug here and there.
When you get sick, you need nutrients, vitamins, hydration and sinus-clearing, soul-rejuvenating Super Human Soup. This will help you heal faster, feel better, and avoid eating like shit and getting fat while sick.
The last thing you want to do when you’re sick, is go to the store. So, you can always order the ingredients below online. You probably don’t want to cook either, but it’s worth it. Fortunately, my darling is taking care of me. But, even as a bachelor, I’d make the effort to make Super Human Soup.
Think about it this way, you are sacrificing 30mins or so, to make a soup that will help you feel better instantly and knock a day or two off your recovery time.
This soup with restore your health and humanity when you’re feeling like death and wondering when the hell you’re gonna turn the corner.
I cook up a huge batch and eat this exclusively when I am sick.
Ingredients:
-Carrots
-Onion
-Celery
-Brussel Sprouts (if you hate them, add for the broth boil and discard later)
-Chives
-Parsley
-Garlic
-Ginger
-Lemon
-Jalapeños
-Chicken Breasts with Skin
-Sweet Potato (or brown rice)
-Chicken Broth or Chicken Bullion
Directions:
  1. Pour 48ozs of Broth into pot and turn heat on high
  2. Chop Veggies and add
  3. Dump chicken in and boil for 10mins (to break get the collagen and bone marrow from the chicken bones)
  4. Cook on low-medium heat at a simmer for an hour or so.
  5. Take the chicken out, remove and throw away the skin then shred the chicken and add back to the soup
